How do I cancel Karma Premium?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Karma and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Karma Premium in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I stop sharing data with AI services?
Go to Settings → Privacy → AI data sharing in Karma and withdraw your consent. Readings that need OpenAI or fal.ai will pause until you agree again.
How do I delete my data?
Karma has no account and keeps your readings, chats and photos on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them. Anonymous analytics and subscription records are tied to a random install ID; email us if you want them removed.
My birth chart looks wrong
Check your birth time and place in Settings → Edit profile. Your rising sign and houses change with the birth time, so even a few minutes can matter.
